No picture but you can have my solidarity. Defend yourselves, defend our education, demand change from the status quo.

This page is superb – many institutions are facing job losses at the mo. whether via voluntary severance, or compulsory redundancies.

This page does electronically what we are trying to do in person at Bristol by running campaign stalls to unite all staff, students, union members & non union members against the job losses. We wish you all the best in your fightback.

These young people are heroic. Universities may contain many interesting ideas, but they sadly do not always automatically rely upon sound values, deep principles or integrity in the way they comport themselves.

These students are imparting a valuable lesson to anyone who thinks that fictional budgets are a sound basis upon which to base a university’s academic mission.

Hey, another message of solidarity from a student – and there are many, many more of us. We are all in this together, and WE WILL SUPPORT YOU. This is a fight not only for jobs, but for future students, and for education whose effects reverberate around the whole of society. Please take the full actions necessary – only by bringing the university to its knees will we hope to succeed. Anything short of this will only let us down, and yourselves. This is all or nothing. Please do not be disheartened. You have our love, our support, and our solidarity.
    xx
